I mean, if anything, it's the Nigellus Family Tree - the earliest possible place for the Black name to get onto the tree in order to belong to Bella, Regulus, Narsissa and the two burn marks to have it is where Dorea Potter (nee Nigellus) 's sister marries (and it must be a sister for her to take the husband's name).
In other words, how is it 'The Noble and Most Ancient House house of Black' if Bella and Sirius's grandmother is the first on that family tree to be called Black?
This makes no sense, I tell you!
