Why is no-one ever on at quater past one o' clock? Isn't it like 5/6/7/8/9 o' clock post meridian over in yank-land, a time when you should be awake and stuff? Surely you don't arrange it so that people at one end of your country eat tea five hours after the ones at the other end so that you are all eating at the same time?
