tj_roweYes, the extra bangs were neccessary. ^_^ 3335 words, completed. Now I can spend the entire afternoon procrastinating, editing, and procrastinating some more. And reading New Scientist, for that is always what I end up doing in the library.
I turns out that I have until Thursday night to send - there are internet facillities at our Nottingham hotel (perhaps even the York one, too).
I actually like this story. It's never occured to me, either, how much I love Plot Devices of Doom. They're fun to write - especially when their existence is shorthand for various motivations. My soon-to-be-epic XS fic was all about the PDDs, IIRC.
Now, if I put it in a backdated entry, can I have someone to look through for typos? A copy-paste-comment with the wrong bits bolded would be awesome. Comment and I'll reply with the link when it exists.
