tj_rowe...the de-ff.net-izer is still God. I have no lessons tomorrow, now, so I've been making use of it in preparation. ^_^
... And, checking the XS main page, it seems that I still haven't got Scribbler on Author Alert. That, or ff.net is being even more terrible with the emails than usual, still. *saves the next chapter of R&V for tomorrow*

Villains are not interchangeable.
This should seem obvious, yet people insist on name-changing non-superimposable villains. I've started reading a fic here where Voldemort is acting like Chase Young. I've seen Chase Young squashed into Fenrir Greyback's personality. I've seen Fenrir Greyback turned into Dumbledore. I've seen... Bah, there are too many examples.
I mean, AU is AU, but must the unexplained OOC go so far? If you want Voldemort, use bloody Voldemort!
