Nov. 6th, 2006 08:21 pmAnybody watch the new Robin Hood series on the BBC? It's awesome. ^_^
And the interpretation of Robin is really good, too, especially with today's political climate - he comes back from war in the Holy Land and is all Robin Hood-y once he reaches Nottingham, but it comes out that he has actually learned something from being over there. And then Much is a foil for Jaque, a woman brought ported over to work as a mine-slave, when the Outlaws are trying to figure out a way to set them free and close the mine and he speaks with her about his plan 'You all convert to Christianity, and then you can't be bought or traded! It's clever and simple!' Except he proves seconds later that it's not so simple. XD
... That paragraph there might have been indecipherable, but I can't be arsed to fix it. I've saving all my coherence for the SIASS blog, and these days I don't seem to have much to start with. V_V
