Many of the shows, movies, and cartoons which are the subject of fan art submissions feature child actors or underage characters; two popular examples are the Harry Potter series of movies and books, the most recent Charlie and the Chocolate Factory film, the Powerpuff Girls and a number of imported anime series which primarily feature children or young teenage characters.
"A rather disturbing form of fan art has arisen which is strongly pedophilic; centering around pairing adult and child characters in a sexual manner, displaying child characters nude or in a sexual pose, or displaying two children in a sexual situation.
"These themes are completely unacceptable for submission here and will be met with a zero tolerance approach and will be immediately removed without warning when they are brought to our attention."
