Internet down!

Emailing from school: The wind and random hail over the weekend seems to have knocked out my net connection - the wireless network is still connectable, but suddenly 'the DNS cannot resolve IP', whatever that means.

So instead of being sociable, or even *gasp* revising, I wrote 3000 words of 524. Loads of random character-showing and plot foundation-building. Now I just need to get it onto the internet. (And get the first 6 chapters *off* of the internet, so that I can actually refer to them. I might even have to find a net-cafe somewhere and assault it with my memory stick... O_o)

And if that weren't bad enough, the harddrive is making clicking noises and i can't get to Google Docs to back up. -_-;;

As an aside, if anyone is feeling helpful: Can you email the text of the first six chapters of http://www.fanfiction.net/s/2436211/1/ to hockins at grenville.devon.sch.uk ?

The school network wont let me actually access ff.net, and the copy for those chapters was on my dead computer. -_-;;

Turns out that a BT server went down - our connection is fritzy, so this might not last long. Have saved 524 files, will upload next if have time.

yay, Uni of York got my email, apply has been changed! So that means that my Firm Conditional is StA, and my Conditional nInsurance is York.
