*sigh* I did a retake of FP1 this afternoon, and I still haven't recovered. And the thing is, the fuss was probably worthless because I don't think I've done much better than the last time I took it. -_-;;
So I'm trying to cheer myself up by writing fic about Regulus Black. Except, that doesn't really work, because my Regulus is so emo. Mind you, he's got a good reason. Several, in fact. First, there's the fact that he has a brother and cousin that hate him, another cousin that is rather fond of him but is still ready kill him as soon as soon as her master gives anything that looks remotely like the signal, he's been bound into the Dark Lord's service for most of his teenage life, he's in the process of stealing from said Dark Lord with only a house elf to help, and all this at seventeen years old.
I did let him a few things that wouldn't torture him, though. I let him have a shambles of a secret society that is basically him, his cousin Narcissa, Narcissa's cousin Evan Rosier, and Narcissa's fiancé Lucius Malfoy (who is awfully cute when he's twenty-two and trying to be rebellious). Of course, it's really that that gets him into the trouble with the Horcruxes in the first place, because Narcissa was eavesdropping on her new father in law, Abraxas Malfoy, when he was speaking with the Dark Lord about them.
I also let him have help in Potions from one Lily Evans (Snape would have been better, but, if Regulus is honest, Snape scares him).
