I have committed the cliché-sin that seems to befall anyone who tries to write RaiJack and Chack into the same story - the 'OMG! Chase is teh ebilous Jack must be rescued by healing sexxors Raimundo!' plotline.
Or more descriptively, the 'Jack pursues Chase, but what he gets isn't quite what he expects (bloodplay, anyone?), so he tries to escape. However, Chase is into the kinky ''eternally bonding promises'' thing, so he can't. For some completely arbitrary reason, Raimundo is in Chase's house. He hears Jack crying or something, forgets about whatever the mission is and helps him escape' plot.
Okay, mine doesn't quite match the cliché. For one thing, the RaiJack somehow happens before the Chack, and there isn't much rescuing involved (except by deus ex Shen Gong Wu). But it does have 'Jack pursues Chase' and... okay, just that bit. But Chase is still 'teh ebilous', and Jack is all 'Oh buggerfuck what have I gotten myself into!'
And if that wern't enough, the bit I just wrote reads like het. Bad failed marriage!het. Not that there's anything wrong with het, but this isn't supposed to be het. It's angsty angsty slash that reads like angsty angsty het. *facepalm*

Well, good luck with the story, and thanks for giving me a good reason to use this RaiJack icon. *heart*
