Bad!fic

I thought that Xiaolin Showdown was immune to this, but since Chase Young appeared fangirls have started writing fanfiction with bad grammer and spelling. And then asking for ideas in reviews.

Allow me to say this:

Noooooo!

*sob*

Trust me, Tamer, it was bound to happen. Once a character gets extremly popular, fanfic writers destroy them. No fanfic world is immune to this.

Oh no...

I mentioned fangirls writing crappy fanfics about Chase very briefly in one of my Chase Young rants, mainly how I didn't want to BE one. I'm struggling to write a fic about/with Chase. Struggling. I really want to write a decent one. I don't understand how you can put a fic up on ffnet without having any idea of where your fic's going. How can you write a story without an idea or two to start off with? Boggles the mind. If you don't know what you're doing with your characters, you need to quit while you're ahead. You shouldn't write just because Chase Young is "cool but hot" and the greatest thing since sliced bread.

*yells* Put a plot in the story and write using proper English, goddammit! You're ruining our lovely little ffnet section with your nonsensical Chase crap!

Rant over. It's not like I've been to ffnet recently and seen the badfic(s) in question, but still...

Could be worse and go the way of the FMA fan fiction. If you'd like to know more think of this pairing. Chase/Rai. Please do the math.
