I gave her the sheets of paper where I'd scrawled what was going on when I had a funny turn three weeks ago. It was a bit incoherent, but I wrote it while it was happening, so the details are there if nothing else. I barely remember anything once significant time has gone by.

She kind of stared at me and went 'This can't be epilepsy*!' as if I'd told her that it was, or as if I was the one with the answers. She said it a couple more times, until I responded with 'So it's something else then?' not sure what I was meant to say. Um. I really really hope I haven't reached the edge of this doctor's expertise... She wants me to talk to a mental health person at some point - going back to the 'stress' hypothesis.



*As I twitch with both legs, rather than one or t'other, without losing conciousness.
