Now it seems to be not only Yahoo Instant Messenger, but the Yahoo POP3 forwarding server (pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk) that's down.

So if I don't reply to something that was sent in the last hour or so, that's why.

ETA: Actually it's all of Yahoo's mail servers. -_-;; I'm switching to my googlemail for comment notification - which means that it may take a while for me to notice that it's there. ^^;.
