How could a smile from a salesgirl be so heartening?

Well, I'm back... And my legs are killing me. Mostly my calves and feet - SO MUCH WALKING! Londoners must be so fit... yeah. And the tubes are bloody hot at rush hour.

We saw a play - Ilbsen's 'Pillars of the Community' - on its opening. It was good, but it occured afterward that (*gets out cast list*) Lona Hessel, the main character's wife's half-sister, was a bit of a sue - appeared half way through, set her half-brother up with the hot-headed young beauty (Dina), dragged up 15 years worth of backstory, drove the MC mad and then helped him recover, and then got the last line (with the moral in it) and more special effects in her exit that there had been previously in the entire play.

It was great. XD

The air down here is so much easier to breath! Though that's more of a city complaint than a specific London one. Exeter is choky too.

There was so much random shopping that it wasn't even funny. Circle, Tristan and Simon kept popping off to Chinatown and coming back with soup and Noodles and Lemon Tea.

Ha! We ended up stealing Ice Cream from Haaggen Datz. Unintentionally! There was a big group of us, the casheir got confused... yeah.

We stayed at Piccaddilly Backpackers. Room of six - Me, Merry, Mary-Rose, Circle, Hailey and Mrs. Lingard. T'was good.

Ooh! I found the first volume of -FAKE- at Paddington Station - and I only saw it by chance. Went to get a book to read on the train, there it was. Ecstatic!

Enough rambling from me, I think. ^_^

For anyone that didn't read the long, blathery, ill-induced post a little while ago...

I'm going to London tomorrow. Be back Thursday midnight. Random shopping Thursay afternoon. Staying in a hostle very near Piccadilly station. Such fun to be had by all.
